There are a few simple methods you can use to ensure that you're getting a diet that's full of antioxidants. Aim for a variety of brightly colored foods. Add a variety of herbs and spices to your food for a tasty treat and extra helpings of antioxidants. Also, take care not to cook the antioxidants out of your food.
